Getting to know South Pasadena
South Pasadena a city incorporated in 1888, is located just south of the city Pasadena and is close to 3.5 square miles total in area. The city like Pasadena, has a rich history and is blessed with both natural beauty and a diverse selection of architecture. The city is known for these things, an excellent school system and small town feel. So much so the it has been compared to "Mayberry," from the hit T.V. show. It's proximity to downtown Los Angeles, makes it a valuable location for the ever expanding job market that is Los Angeles. This all being said, the competition for housing is fierce. Having someone like myself who grew up there and has 38 years of experience in selling and listing properties there, is very handy.
