Getting to know Pasadena

Pasadena, the "Crown of the Valley", is a city of grand events, illustrious history, famous architecture and beautiful natural features. Incorporated as a city on June 19, 1886, Pasadena started out as an agricultural community and then mushroomed in size in the 1880's. Wealthy people from the east who could afford to flee the cold winter months of the mid-west to bask in the sun of Pasadena's mild winter and to "pick an orange right off the tree", made Pasadena their 2nd home location. Home of the world famous "Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game," the "Norton Simon Art Gallery," the "Gable House and the "Wrigley Mansion" and many many more on a long list of notable destinations. Pasadena lives up to it's glorious reputation.

Pasadena is a vary large city with numerous individual neighborhoods, all with varying housing styles, categories and price ranges. Homes normally go quick and depending on the location, can sell for well over the list price. However, due to it's size, there are always new listings to choose from and I am always available to walk you through the best way to get what you want!
